Refund policy
We want you to be fully satisfied with your coffee. If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to make it right.

Coffee Products: Due to the nature of roasted coffee, we cannot accept returns on opened bags. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or unsatisfactory in quality, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can send a replacement or issue a refund.

Merchandise & Gear: Apparel, mugs, and other non-coffee items may be returned within 30 days of delivery if unused and in original condition.

How to Request a Return: Email us at support@midnightoil.org with your order number and details. We’ll provide instructions and, if applicable, a return shipping label.
Refunds: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once the return is received and processed. Please allow 5–7 business days for processing.
