We roast and ship fresh coffee to keep your cup tasting its best.

• Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  

• Shipping Rates: Calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination.
  

• Domestic Shipping: We currently ship within the United States. Standard delivery takes 3–7 business days after processing.
  

• Order Tracking: Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information.
  

• Delays: We are not responsible for shipping delays due to carriers, weather, or other circumstances outside our control — but we’ll always do our best to help if issues arise.
  

Lost or Damaged Packages: If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@midnightoil.org within 7 days of delivery so we can resolve it quickly.
